The fourth single from Britney Spears seventh album, "Femme Fatale," has officially debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. "Criminal" launched at number 92 on the chart. Expect a pretty big bump-up next week because the much hyped music video was just released. Great start for a soon to be hit! Britney is on a roll!
